Although we hope you love your order, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product we have made the process extremely easy for you. Email our customer care support team with your order number within 14 days of the order.  Upon receiving your returns request we will email you a returns form.             

To qualify for a full refund all items must be in their original packaging and all items must be unused; emptied, refilled or used will not qualify for a refund.

Fill out the returns form including your name and order number, and state whether you would like an exchange or refundRepack your item in its original packaging and include your completed returns form.Please send all returns to:

Always keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
